Successfully launched in 2022, M-ROL's MPP Horizontal Feed Mixer!

The demo was originally organised at the request of our GoldenHost in the Highlands at the manufacturer's site in Odolanów, Poland, where our Host was convinced that he had found the perfect machine for his purposes, and within a few weeks the M-ROL MPP2000 version was delivered to his site.

Since then, our owner has been enthusiastically producing a variety of seed mixes for pigeons and poultry with this robust, reliable machine, part of a special production line, with accurate loading of ingredients assisted by an M-ROL Four Sensor Digital Weighing Scale.

Our Farmers interested in this machine no longer need to travel to Odolanów, our Farmers in the Highlands are happy to assist with first-hand information and personal visits.

The machine has already performed well during the test run, mixing a specially formulated recipe of twenty different grains (with a significant amount of small grains) to perfect homogeneity, which was checked by our Partner by fracturing! (video of the test in the photos)

The M-ROL MPP is a horizontally positioned, vortex-type feed mixer with counter-rotating mixing pulleys, which ensures a perfectly homogeneous feed mix even for large quantities! In the production of feed mixtures, the achievement of the required CV (coefficient of variation) and other technological parameters is a prerequisite for obtaining operating licences, and M-ROL horizontal feed mixers meet the most stringent requirements to the maximum!

The machine is available in two versions, 1 and 2 tons!

The mixer can be loaded with a pulley feeder, a pneumatic grain elevator, directly from a bigbag bag or simply with a grain spoon. For unloading, you should choose one of our inclined auger hopper with hopper type M-ROL T401.

We currently operate two sites and demonstration points in the country. At these points, M-ROL machines can be viewed and purchased, and if required, they can also be tried out before purchase.

Of course we can help you with delivery, at reasonable prices, both within and outside our borders, with our own car, or with an external contractor for larger machines.

Our spare parts webshop is available at mrolalkatresz.hu, where you can order the parts you need quickly and easily, using a credit card. From our warehouse in Tiszaújváros (in case of in-stock products) we deliver the required part or accessory within 24 hours from dispatch using GLS courier service, while larger and heavier items can be picked up personally in Tiszaújváros. (We can provide individual prices for delivery of larger accessories.) Even if the parts are not in stock, M-ROL Sp.z.o.o. will deliver the required part within 2-3 days.
