Description
The PESTKA fruit shaker is designed for harvesting cherries, plums, industrial apples, etc. The shaker is combined with an agricultural tractor equipped with a three-point linkage and an external hydraulic system. The work of the shaker consists of catching the tree with its grip and causing it to vibrate. The shaken fruit falls onto screens placed under the tree (not standard equipment on the screeners), from which it is poured into boxes. The leaves are removed with any blower.

Thanks to the tractor's external hydraulic system, the PESTKA fruit shaker is much simpler in construction than similar machines from other manufacturers. The shaking efficiency can be easily adjusted by changing the weight of the rotating parts of the shaking head. The length of the shaker's hanging boom can be adjusted between 1200 and 2000 mm, which makes it easy to work in orchards with different row spacings. Thanks to the possibility of rotating the spreader wheel 900 to the right and left, it is possible to harvest from two trellises at the same time. Two sets of screens and 2 additional people are then required to operate them.
