The machine's solid frame is made of bent and welded profile bars, which makes the whole structure stable and highly loadable. The universal foil dispensers in SIPMA's bale wrappers allow the use of foil widths of 0.5 and 0.75 m. For the 0.75 m wide foil, only 16 turns are required to wrap a bale, which significantly speeds up wrapping time. The dispenser tightens the film during wrapping, ensuring a tight and thorough bale wrapping. The foil dispenser features resin coated aluminium rollers to ensure pre-stretching and proper adhesion of the foil during wrapping. The bale counter indicates the current number of turns and informs you when the bale wrapping process is complete. The packaging of the baled bale is based on successive strips of film with 50% overlap, ensuring proper storage and efficient fermentation of the green fodder.
The SIPMA OS 7510 KLARA self-folding bale wrapper is attached to the 3-point hitch of the power machine and has additional support wheels. The machine is equipped with a loading device that loads the bales back to back. Bale wrapping can also be carried out on the move, on the way to the next bale or to the storage place. The wrapping machine is equipped with a modern, universal foil feeder for foil widths of 0.5 and 0.75 m, as well as a foil gripper and cutter, which means that the user only needs to intervene when a new foil roll is applied. The machine is controlled from the tractor cab by means of a hydraulic distributor. The attachment, which is connected to the three-point hitch system of the power machine, allows a high degree of mobility of the wrapping machine and, thanks to the one-man operation, ensures low labour requirements. The rotating wheels (so-called pivoting forks) around the vertical axis and the attachment to the three-point hitch system of the power machine result in a high degree of manoeuvrability of the power machine - bale wrapping assembly. The drawbar (optional equipment) allows the bale wrapper to be connected to the tractor drawbar. The foil gripper (optional) allows the foil to be gripped and cut in bad weather conditions. Hydraulic table lock (optional) prevents the table from rotating when driving on uneven ground.
