Description
The harvesting adaptor is row-independent and its size and design make it suitable for harvesting on different sunflower row spacings. Designed specifically for harvesting sunflowers, the adapter can significantly reduce disc drift and free grain losses during harvesting thanks to its wide, reinforced, special trays.

Its main advantage is that the harvesting adapter can be folded up, making it suitable for road transport on the combine harvester. There is no need to dismantle the table and no need for an accompanying vehicle or special towing vehicle. It is possible to move quickly from one sunflower table to another, without disturbing road traffic, and harvesting can start within a few minutes without any assembly. The sunflower harvesting adapter does not need to be disconnected from the TLT when folded, saving time on every manoeuvre!

The clutch of the cutting blade is a patented system by Moresil. Extremely reliable, it prevents failures due to incorrect connection.

The MORESIL GB ASSOCIABLE SORRIDGE HANDLING ADAPTER models offer the same advantages as the rigid versions. Smooth, high-speed cutting without loss of performance.

Folding sunflower adapters can also be fitted with a hydraulically adjustable height stem crusher, so that harvesting can be completed in one pass. The gearboxes of the stem crusher are specifically designed for crushing sunflower stalks. The counter-rotating knife system results in higher efficiency and better crushing. The spread crushed sunflower stalks left on the soil surface are beneficial for soil erosion. The stem crusher can be ordered with the harvesting adapter on request, but sunflower harvesters ordered without the stem crusher also have a preparation if it is necessary to fit it in the future.

The sunflower harvester adapter can be ordered with the appropriate coupling and drive system for the make and type of combine harvester. It can be fitted to CLAAS, J. Deere, N.Holland, CASE, LAVERDA, FENDT and MASSEY F. combines.
