Description
The KÜHNE heavy-duty "U"-section working device is fixed to the KÜHNE heavy-duty shaft and consists of a central welded frame structure and hydraulically folding wing elements. The moving unit is connected to the frame by a parallel lever mechanism. To ensure the best transverse soil following over the full working width, the 3 working units of the cultivator and its working units are adjustable by means of a spring-loaded adjusting mechanism, allowing the working depth to be adjusted without steps and the soil recompaction force to be maximised.

When working, the soil loaded into the profile section is in contact with the soil to be worked, minimising wear on the cultivating element and maximising the recompaction effect. The disc and cultivator linkage allows for even more efficient and energy-saving cultivation. In addition to clod breaking, it also partially recompacts the soil, thus increasing the water-holding capacity and reducing soil erosion.

The 'U' profile working device can be bolted to the rear of the heavy-duty disc frame and the hydraulic wing actuator can be connected to the hydraulic points on the rear of the disc frame.
