Description
It is an indispensable tool for livestock farmers, pig farms, fattening farms, breeding farms and family farms. A great advantage of the construction is that the low platform height makes it easy for the animals to move around. It has no wearing, moving parts and therefore requires less maintenance.

The device is designed for authentic measurement with digital display.

The display of the scale:
The D70ES instrument has IP66 protection and a stainless steel construction. The instrument is electronically designed for fast and accurate measurement. The instrument is normally mounted on the rail of the longest side of the scale, but can be mounted independently of the rail on a separate wall or column if required. Our display can be connected to the local network, the measured data can be retrieved as the instrument is equipped with RS-232, 422 or 485 output, or even optionally with an ethernet card.

Construction and presentation of the balance:
The balance chassis contains 4 alloy steel weighing cells, mounted on self-adjusting feet. The scale frame is equipped with doors at both ends for loading and unloading. The animals are relaxed when being loaded onto the scales, as the scale bridge does not move and is stable, so weighing can be carried out quickly.

Surface training:
Scales can be made with a painted or galvanized finish. The design of the materials and structures used in the production process ensures perfect cleanability, meeting all hygiene requirements.
