BBBG-1000F type top loading big-bag filling scale
- The equipment is a two-stage, gravity, pneumatically operated, butterfly valve feeder scale.
- The weighing frame is top-mounted, which means that the scale is fixed to the top of a separate support structure and the bags are suspended.
- The balance is a four load cell installation with a self-adjusting ball solution with displacement limiter on the four corners, which simultaneously fulfils the metrological requirements and the self-adjustment, anti-jamming requirements.
- The top frame of the balance is equipped with 4 height-adjustable hanging lugs for hanging the big-bags.
- The equipment is suitable for filling and weighing granular and granular products by means of a dosing and filling tube mounted on the scale.
- The mouth of the big-bag can be clamped to the filling tube by means of a manual leather clamp.
- Suspended weighing and top weighing is advantageous because the forklift truck transporting the big-bags cannot damage the scale.

Application of the scale:
- On the balance's weighing and control instrumentation, the amount of weight to be weighed (200-1000 kg) and the batching parameters can be freely programmed.
- The big-bag scale has bag counting and weight summation functions and ensures accurate measurements by operating the so-called self-learning program.

Mode of operation, service, operation:
- The big-bag filling scale automatically loads the crop with gross weighing.
- In the case of gross weighing, the big-bag bag acts as the weighing container, i.e. the weighing instrument measures the crop into the bag placed on it. The bag mouth is attached to the filling tube by means of a manual buckle.
- After switching on the machine and programming the desired weight value, the operator's only task is to place the empty big-bag on the filling tube and start the filling process.
- The scale automatically loads the desired weight in two stages, after which the big-bag can be removed from the hangers and the filling tube by lifting it with a pallet, then the new, empty big-bag can be placed on top and everything starts all over again.
