Jeulin Hélicut bale extractor-dispensers for poultry litter

Designed primarily for farms using short straws, focusing on poultry production.

Thanks to the large number of sections and the adjustable calibrating grid, the shredder is able to produce fibres from 4 to 10 cm long.

Right hand discharge tower operated by 1 hydraulic cylinder.
Extension from 0 to 18 m on the right side,
for distributing round bales up to Ø 2 m and square bales up to L 2,70 m
with double floor plate, rear cleaning opening.
Ø 10" marine chain conveyor (high resistance) with removable rectangular beak with machined ends.
Belt drive with hydraulic motor, forward and reverse, electric speed control.
Belt movement direction indicator.
Equipment complying with CE standards and DREAL type-approved.
Cardan shaft transmission with torque limiter.
