Description
Reinforced, robust machine with double slate plating! Mechanical side adjustment, standard equipment. The vibration is at the minimum tested value available, which determines the lifetime of the machine and the tractor. A huge advantage over other crushers is the possibility of lowering steel shafts into the machine in front of the depth stop roller at the rear of the machine, which prevents the material to be shredded from leaving the machine until it has been shredded to the correct size (option). Suitable for crushing in vineyards, orchards, forest plantations, bushy, weedy, bare areas, it can also crush pieces of wood 3-5 cm thick. The machine is also equipped with a special mechanical protection; when the machine runs into a stump, the crusher lifts up and protects the rotor! The rotor runs at 27% increased speed. In pebbled, gravel areas, a rear protective rubber plate can be ordered to prevent stones from flying out! Indispensable in public areas! Can also be mounted on front hydraulics! Please note that the weight of the machine is 150-250 kg heavier than other types!

The machine is equipped with a double casing. Special hammers held by 20 mm thick 10.9 steel bolts. The electronically balanced rotor with patented Low Vib (LW) stem crusher arrangement provides a lower vibration source, minimum bending force and deformation, extending the life of the mulcher. Robust forged steel shaft crushers provide efficient shredding by creating turbulence and vacuum. The double sheet metal housing provides structural strength and increased durability. Two support roller positions allow easy adjustment for different user needs. The inboard position provides faster material flow and therefore greater working speed, while the outboard position improves mulching quality. The adjustable service opening offers additional customisation options.
