Description
The NSM 120.160 is designed for the automatic loading of box pallets of 1200-1600×1200 mm in size and 1200 mm maximum height. The filling process starts by lowering the conveyor belt to the bottom of the box.

An integrated sensor system allows automatic control of the position of the belt, ensuring uniform product distribution and constant drop height throughout the filling cycle.

The filling unit is equipped with a set of operating parameters such as:
*filling speed,
* belt speed,
*speed and range of vertical movement (belt raising/lowering).

An automatic product layer thickness sensor monitors the current filling level of the pallet boxes and allows accurate material dosing. The machine is controlled via a touch panel, which allows the configuration of operating parameters and monitoring of current operating data. The machine has a capacity of 20 box pallets per hour.

Optional available SH32 65x400 conveyor belt.

Michalak's range also includes the NSM 160.240 filler for automatic filling of crates from 1600 to 2400 mm x 1200 mm with a maximum height of 1200 mm.
