The GTS-2000 pro is new to our range and is an improved version of the previous GTS-2000 model. Thanks to its massive and stable construction, it is a particularly robust machine and is also suitable for commercial use. In working condition, the grinder weighs 203 kg. However, thanks to the large rubber wheels and the ingenious weight distribution (the powerful motor is located in the middle), it is easy to move. Narrow aisles and doors are no obstacle for the GTS-2000 pro, which is only 66 cm wide.

The main differences compared to the predecessor GTS-2000 are, for example, the larger size of the feed hopper (47x41 cm), which makes the grinder more suitable for bushy materials, and the optimisation of the counter-blade, which clearly results in better material retraction. In addition, the angles of the feed hopper have been adjusted so that feeding is now even easier and more efficient.

Thanks to the high ejection opening, which can be rotated 180°, wood chips can be dumped directly onto the trailer. This avoids the tedious manual movement of chips from the floor to the trailer. The throwing distance can be adjusted on the ejector itself.

Depending on the texture of the wood, the shredder will shred branches up to 12 cm in diameter!

The GTS-2000 pro feeds the material into the shredder with impressive force thanks to 2 rotating blades rotating on a heavy drum and running against a counter knife. The drum blades can also be rotated and used a second time.

At this point, the adjustment of the counter-blades has also been improved compared to the previous model.

In addition, the filling hopper can be easily opened by means of quick-release fasteners, which makes maintenance and cleaning much easier. The top filling neck can be inserted after work to save space. This means that efficient work is pre-programmed.

The included tow hook makes it easy to tow the unit anywhere. The shredder is also very maintenance-friendly. Parts such as knives, counter knives, etc. are easily accessible. In a few simple steps, you can remove the entire tank for better access to wear parts. The bearings also have grease nipples.
