Designed for cutting branches up to 12 cm in diameter, the RP-120 PROFESSIONAL conveyor belt roller shredder is entirely designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. Frame made of metal profiles with wide clearance, foldable, extended, high rigidity infeed spindle, reinforced with profiles. The shredder is equipped with a safety switch located around the loading spike (the safety switch must be connected to the emergency safety module of the tractor). The cutting mechanism is precision manufactured on a CNC machining centre according to a single principle to ensure the right quality, precision and concentricity, resulting in a long life of the components and the whole tool. The mechanism is equipped with a clamping and tensioning sleeve, which is used to position the cutting blades and also acts as an overload protection. The shredder can be equipped with a flywheel/belt and a foldable conveyor belt with carriers, with longitudinal or lateral discharge options, making work with the shredder more efficient and more comfortable.
