A lighter, more economical version of the Pilous ARG 260 plus bandsaw. Recommended especially for light, precise cutting of lock sections and tubes. Designed for continuous use. For various plants (locksmithing, maintenance, machine building, etc.). The band saw blade is 27x0,9 mm, which gives a more stable cut than narrower blades. For cutting difficult to cut or large diameter alloyed solid materials, tool steel, the ARG 260 plus version is recommended. The band saw frame is lifted by hand and the cutting feed is provided by the weight of the machine frame, which can be continuously adjusted by means of an oil-damped butterfly valve. After the cut is completed, the band saw drive motor is automatically switched off. Lifting the frame is facilitated by an adjustable pull spring, which allows the optimal force required to lift the frame to be adjusted.
