The artSteel TRA-150 branch chipper is fully designed for industrial use. The machine's frame plate is made of 5 mm thick hardened steel, laser cut and edge-bent for precise, accurate joints. The three-point suspension is fully compliant with both standards (EU1 / EU2). The driven shaft has a machined single material, mart standard, six-rib hardened shaft end.

It is available with four knives (+ one counter knife). To achieve the specified performance, it is important to have the right knife blade edge. Knives can be sharpened 5-6 times before they need to be replaced. It is important to note that all parts of the branch chopper (including the chopping blades) are manufactured in-house, so that we can ensure a continuous supply of parts if necessary.

What is the performance of the artSteel TRA-150 tractor-driven branch chipper?
The TRA-150 with accelerator transmission is recommended primarily for industrial work. The hopper opening on the blades is 150 mm x 150 mm, making it highly productive. It has a capacity of 3-4 m3/hour, which can be increased depending on the human factor. The chips range in size from 25-50 mm, do not clump and, as they are not sawdust fine, are perfect for auger autoclaves, mulching or mulching.
