The R-120 STANDARD roller chipper is designed for cutting branches up to 12 cm in diameter, entirely designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. Welded construction, fully dismountable, provides adequate rigidity and durability. The cutting mechanism is precision manufactured on a CNC machining centre according to a single principle to ensure the right quality, precision and concentricity, resulting in a long life of the components and the entire tool. The mechanism is equipped with a clamping and tensioning sleeve, which is used to position the cutting blades and also acts as an overload protection. The shredder can be equipped with a flywheel/belt and a folding conveyor belt with longitudinal or lateral discharge options.
