Description
The RP-120 PROFESSIONAL roller chipper is designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY for cutting branches up to 11 cm in diameter. Frame made of metal profile, with wide support distance, foldable, extended hopper with high rigidity, reinforced with profile. The shredder is equipped with a safety switch that surrounds the feed hopper (the safety switch must be connected to the tractor's emergency safety module). The cutting mechanism is precisely made on a CNC machining center to ensure the right quality, accuracy and co-axiality, which means a long life of the parts and the whole device. The mechanism is equipped with an expanding and clamping sleeve, which is used to position the cutting knife and also serves as an overload protection. The shredder can be equipped with a flywheel/belt and a collapsible conveyor belt with drives that can be emptied lengthwise or sideways, making working with the shredder even more efficient and much more convenient.
