Designed for cutting branches up to 17 cm in diameter, the RP-200 SUPER roller chipper is entirely designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. Frame made of metal profiles with wide run-up distance, foldable, extended, high rigidity infeed spindle, reinforced with profiles. The shredder is equipped with a safety switch located around the loading auger (the safety switch must be connected to the emergency safety module of the tractor). The cutting mechanism is precision machined from a single basic premise on a CNC machining centre to ensure the right quality, accuracy and concentricity, which means long life for the components and the entire tool. The mechanism is equipped with a tension and clamping sleeve, which is used to position the cutting blades and also functions as an overload protection. The shredder can be equipped with a flywheel/belt and a foldable conveyor belt with carriers, with longitudinal or lateral discharge options, making work with the shredder more efficient and more comfortable.
