The Jansen HS-22A62K-V2 offers the flexibility of two drive types. The powerful 6.5 HP KOHLER petrol engine provides mobility and independence, while the 400 V, 2.2 kW (16A) electric motor offers an environmentally friendly, quiet alternative for stationary use. Whichever drive you choose, you can count on reliable performance and high efficiency. Once the distributor is finally assembled, the corresponding unit (petrol engine/electric motor) can be used directly without further conversion time.

However, the device is not approved for road transport, i.e. it is forbidden to tow it behind a car on the road. The exception to this rule is towing with a rural or forestry tractor. In this case, you may tow the log splitter on the road. Make sure that you observe the Highway Code (lights, direction indicators, number plates, etc.). Alternatively, you can of course put the log splitter on a trailer using a ramp.

NOTE:

If you need any help, we are at your disposal. You will need about 12 litres of hydraulic oil to prepare the unit for use. HLP46 hydraulic oil is ideal and widely available. You will also need approximately 1 litre of engine oil for the engine. For this purpose, we recommend a multipurpose oil of class 10W40 or 15W40.
