Description
The Greenbull 510 is a wood pellet de-icing machine driven by a towed cardan shaft, where the shaft drives a high performance fan.
The fan transmits the heat generated in the boiler to the trees through two outlets (left and right), up to a distance of 20-20 m per side.
This gives a total covered working width of 40 metres. The outlet temperature can be varied from 50 °C up to 300 °C, with the possibility of automatic and manual control.
The machine continuously releases water into the blown air due to the increased outlet temperature, protecting the flowers of trees near the outlet from possible scorching.
The wood pellets are fed into the boiler by a powerful electric motor with a feed auger compatible with most power machine connectors. As the outside air temperature decreases, the temperature of the outgoing air can be increased, thus achieving even greater efficiency.
The machine's belly height can be adjusted in two positions to the height of the orchard trunk, allowing the most optimal temperature application.
In addition, the track width of the device can of course be adjusted.
The area that can be protected from frost is 7-10 hectares per machine.
