Description
Our fixed, also known as installed, wind machines are recommended for farmers who are looking for an effective frost protection solution for crown heights above 5 metres. Our Fixed Wind Machines are particularly beneficial for farming in frost-prone areas, if you are looking for extreme tower height and want long-term protection for a particular plantation. A fixed wind turbine can protect 2-7 hectares depending on the height of the tower and the power of the motor. In general, a fixed wind turbine is the most reliable solution for orchards larger than 4-5 hectares. There are currently more than 100 000 fixed wind turbines in operation worldwide. A fixed wind machine installed on a reinforced concrete base is our most cost-effective wind machine.
