Description
The CL75's easy handling makes mowing tall grass and undergrowth fast and efficient.
Uneven terrain, slopes and obstacles are never a problem for the CL75!
The perfect weight distribution and special claw tyres ensure grip in all conditions.
The single-bladed cutting unit with floating tips also provides a good surface for mowing lawns, making it suitable as a mower for professional and private green maintenance, as well as for mowing orchards and olive groves in agriculture.
The CL75 cutting table is positioned at the front so that it can cut even under low branches and bushes.
Tall grass, weeds and bushes are picked up by the table and cut by the special steel blade with floating (impact resistant) connectors. The shredded material is discharged at the back.
The front door of the table lifts up automatically when needed, allowing taller turf to enter the cutting chamber without being crushed, which significantly increases the efficiency of the cutting system.
The CL75 is made entirely of steel and the cutting height is adjustable from a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 150 mm. The adjustment is infinitely variable, with handwheel, very easy to handle and the scythe can be kept parallel to the ground in all positions.
The blades of the cutting head are printed with a special profile to minimise noise levels during work and guarantee excellent cutting quality even on English lawns .
The maximum cutting height of 150 mm is ideal on uneven ground to avoid accidental contact with the ground.
The front wheel of the cutting unit is full, impossible to puncture!
The CL75 has a calibrated weight distribution and a very low centre of gravity. The result is perfect balance !
While working, the push lever can be used with one hand , so you can adjust the forward and reverse speed with the handy lever. When cutting on slopes, near trees and obstacles, or when chopping grass and bushes under low branches, it is very useful to be able to adjust the forward speed of the mower so easily!
The CL75 handle has a double adjustment: height to suit all users and lateral to facilitate cutting in hard-to-reach places such as under low branches or obstacles.
Thanks to its bearing-cradle wheels and differential lock, cutting on extreme slopes and uneven terrain has never been easier.
The CL75 transmission is hydrostatic with differential lock.
With the lever on the handlebar, the speed can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 6 km/h and in reverse up to 3.5 km/h.
The CL75's disc brakes can keep the machine in one place even on downhill slopes. All controls are comfortable
conveniently located, including the steering adjustment levers.
The Grillo CL75 has a Honda GXV390 petrol engine with an integrated 2.1 litre tank. The single-cylinder engine has a displacement of 389 cm3 and uses modern solutions that guarantee reliability, such as overhead valves, low emissions, low consumption, high power and minimised vibration.
Manual start-up is simple and reliable. Thanks to a special system connected to the camshaft that opens the exhaust valve slightly on start-up.
The engine is equipped with a forced-induction pump that allows it to work on slopes without damaging the engine.
The CL75 can be easily adjusted vertically by placing the handlebars on the ground. This makes deck maintenance and cleaning easy.
In addition, the paralelogram system, which controls the height of the plate, ensures high reliability and durability over the long life of the belts and bearings.
All components, from the simplest to the most complex, are of high quality. The frame, the handlebars, the blades, everything is manufactured by Grillo in Italy, using the best materials and the most modern technologies, for a high, constant and 100% controlled quality.
Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder coating. Washing and preparation baths are applied first, followed by a first protective coat, which, by baking in the oven, provides the best base for the finishing coat. A second coat of paint and further baking in the oven at 190°C gives the characteristic hardness and shine.
Each CL75 is meticulously assembled and tested by qualified personnel. Final testing of CL75s includes testing each machine with the engine running to check all functions. This is an additional and final guarantee of a high quality product.
Like all Grillo products, the CL75 is designed and manufactured to last and retain its value for many years.
