Description
The Grillo GF 1 is a perfectly balanced motor lawnmower with an engine and power take-off shaft positioned to provide the ideal ground clearance for mowing on slopes.
The position of the centre of gravity is designed to make the GF 1 easy to handle and safe even in the most difficult working conditions.
The Grillo GF 1 is a single-speed mower with an ideal speed for mowing.
The Loncin G200FA engine is the latest generation and is suitable for mowing in all conditions.
Thanks to its compact size, the Grillo GF 1 is a versatile and easily transportable vehicle, ideal for mowing smaller plots.
With two available cutting beams, you can mow any type of grass, plus the 50 cm cutting table and 80 cm adjustable blade can be attached to the GF 1 with the handy quick coupling.
The standard cutterbar is the 86 cm central model with mulching type cutting, the movement is provided by an eccentric flywheel with ball bearing.
Suitable for mowing all types of grass, it can be used in rural areas, orchards or forage crops lawns.
The bar teeth are made of special heat-treated steel.
The drive is also equipped with a safety clutch which disengages if foreign bodies block the blade, this prevents the teeth or blade parts from breaking.
The blade holders are specially designed and made of flexible material, ensuring a constant grip between the blade and the teeth.

The 96 cm double-blade cutter bar has a mulching type cut, with both blades moving in opposite directions. This type of "scissor" cut significantly reduces the vibration of the pushing arm during mowing and guarantees excellent cutting quality.

To further increase stability on sloping terrain, Grillo offers wheel extensions that provide up to 8.5 cm wider track.
The GF 1 gearbox is mechanical with oil-bath gears and the crankcase is made of cast aluminium.
On the handlebars, the left lever is equipped with a lock and activates blade movement, while on the right, lowering the red lever activates forward travel.
To further enhance operator safety, the feed lever is equipped with dual controls to prevent accidental operation. The dual control can be operated with one hand.

The single-speed gearbox of the Grillo GF 1 is designed to provide the ideal speed for mowing.
For regular mowing, the cutter bar can be freely tilted to adapt to the unevenness of the ground.
The handlebars are fitted with vibration dampening elements that dampen vibrations laterally and are adjustable to two heights.
All controls are conveniently located.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder paint. Washing and preparation baths follow first, then a first protective coat is applied, which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of varnish and further baking in the oven at 190 °C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss.
All GF 1s are meticulously assembled and tested by professionals with meticulous care. Final testing of the GF 1 includes testing each machine to verify each function. An additional and final guarantee of a high quality product.
