The Grillo GF 3 is a perfectly balanced motor lawnmower with an engine and power take-off shaft positioned to provide the ideal ground clearance for professional mowing, even on slopes.
The position of the centre of gravity is designed to make the GF 3 easy to handle and safe, even in the most difficult working conditions.
All three speeds can be used while mowing.
The Grillo GF 3 is equipped with an active taper clutch, which significantly increases operator safety.
The Loncin G300FA, Honda GX270 petrol engines and Norwik SH178FA diesel engines are ideal for professional mowing on sloping terrain.

The standard cutterbar is the 117 cm PRO-MONOLAMA model with crank drive.
Suitable for mowing all types of grass, it can be used in rural areas, orchards or forage lawns.
The crank mechanism is made of the best steels and is equipped with grease buttons on all joints.
The oscillating grass cutter is equipped with vibration dampers and has a special profile to better deposit the grass in the most difficult conditions: the cut grass is picked up by the wheels and deposited on the ground for easier progress.
The steel blade is self-adjusting.
The guide rail teeth have a special serrated profile for a perfect cut and are made of special heat-treated steel.
The blade holders are adjustable, ensuring a constant grip between blade and teeth. The PRO-MONOLAMA cutting spindle can be up to 137 cm long and is available with oil bath movement and adjustable cutting head.
The oil-bath crank mechanism reduces maintenance and makes the bar ideal for the most intensive and heavy-duty use.

Standard central cutting bars can be 127 cm or 110 cm wide and are available with either crank or oil bath motion.

The GF 3's weight distribution provides increased stability when mowing downhill. To further increase stability on sloping terrain, Grillo offers wheel lugs for up to 24 cm of track, high grip tyres and laterally adjustable handlebars.

GF 3 mechanical gearbox with oil-bath gears in a cast aluminium housing. Gearbox and TLT lever controls are always within easy reach.
The active tapered clutch lever controls forward travel, and when the push lever is released, the mower stops but the engine continues to run. To further increase operator safety, the feed lever is equipped with dual controls to prevent accidental operation. The dual controls can be operated with one hand.

The Grillo GF 3's 3-speed forward and 3-speed reverse transmission is designed to achieve ideal mowing speeds (1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 km/h) with tractor wheels 4.00-8.
For regular mowing, the cutter bar can be freely tilted to adapt to the unevenness of the ground.
The handlebars are fitted with vibration damping components to dampen vibrations laterally.
The handlebar is laterally adjustable for ease of use on slopes and height-adjustable to suit all users. It is reversible and lowerable, which significantly reduces the overall dimensions of the machine.
All controls are conveniently located, including the steering adjustment levers.

The GF 3 is powered by the G300FA - GX 270 petrol engines with 9.3 - 8.4 hp and the Norwik SH178FA diesel engine with 5.3 hp.
The pull-start engines use modern solutions that guarantee easy starting, reliability, low emissions, reduced fuel consumption, high performance and minimised vibrations. Grillo GF 3 engines are suitable for professional use on slopes and are equipped with rear bumper.

Grillo offers a number of accessories to multiply the GF 3's usage possibilities, such as the 75 cm blade crusher with knife brake, the 68 cm - 85 cm blade crusher, and for winter use the 125 cm adjustable blade, the 70 cm two-stage snow blower and the 100 cm adjustable and tilting brush.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder paint. Washing and preparation baths follow first, then a first protective coat is applied, which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of varnish and further baking in the oven at 190 °C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss.
All GF 3s are meticulously assembled and tested by professionals with meticulous care. Final testing of the GF 3 includes testing each machine to verify each function. An additional and final guarantee of a high quality product.
