Description
The Grillo GH8 is a hydrostatic power shredder that is ideal for clearing rural areas, cutting tall grass, shrubs or pruning residues, even on slopes. The Loncin G200FA is equipped with a single cylinder, 196 cc, 5.5 hp petrol engine. The 4.00-8 pneumatic wheels have a tractor tread pattern. Thanks to its compact size and perfect weight distribution, the Grillo GH8 is easy to handle in all working conditions, in agriculture and in professional and private green area maintenance.

All controls are conveniently located and the handlebars are equipped with shock absorbers. The gearbox is hydrostatic, and the forward speed is continuously variable from 0 to 6 km/h, and in reverse from 0 to 3 km/h.

The push handle is height-adjustable and can be moved laterally to meet all needs and to make it easy to work near low branches or obstacles.

The parking brake is pedal operated.

The Grillo GH8 can be equipped with two chippers with working widths of 58 and 68 cm. These are equipped with 14 and 16 pairs of "Y" blade rotors, respectively, capable of chopping leaves, pruning branches, removing plant debris and removing plants at the end of the crop. In both models, the cutting height is adjusted continuously by means of a crank handle. The control is located on the chopper housing. The chopper's cutting opening is equipped with tilting rubber blades to prevent residues from flying out. They also have a removable support to keep the machine elevated and stable, thus facilitating maintenance of the shredder's internal chamber.

Thanks to the flange and the power take-off shaft with 3-tooth coupling, it is possible to use different tools: this makes the Grillo GH8 a very versatile machine. Available tools: a 100 cm adjustable and tiltable brush, a 132 cm double-blade cutting bar and a 100 cm adjustable blade. For faster tool changes on the Grillo GH8, it is possible to use the optional quick coupling.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder coating. Wash and prep baths are applied first, followed by a first protective coat, which provides the best base for the finishing application by baking in the oven. A second coat of paint and a further baking step in the oven at 190°C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss. All machines are meticulously assembled and rigorously tested by professionals. Final testing includes testing each machine to check all functions. This is an additional and final guarantee of a high quality product.
