Description
The HWT 600 WD is a wheel-driven brushcutter suitable for mowing in rural areas and gardens, even in the most difficult situations.

The manoeuvrability and traction of the machine allow comfortable and precise work, even on slopes.

The machine is suitable for clearing country lanes and orchards, but also for smoothing the edges of flower beds and vegetable gardens, roundabouts and roadside verges. It can also be used as a lawnmower on small plots and gives optimum results on flat surfaces.

The HWT 600 WD is equipped with a Honda GCV 170 4-stroke petrol engine, consisting of oil-bath gears and a gearbox with high-resistance belts.

The brushcutter is equipped with traction and allows comfortable working in all working conditions.

The forward speed is 2.5 km/h.

It has a comfortable handle with a front handle for handling the whipper and a rear handle for moving the machine forward.

The machine comes standard with a steel grass guard to prevent grass clippings from flying onto the road or driveway; a clear plastic front windscreen protects the engine without obstructing the view, while a lower rubber bulkhead between the wheels prevents the operator from being hit by grass clippings.

A stainless steel anti-wrap disc on the damper plate prevents grass from wrapping around the cutting rotor.

Large wheels are rubberized and equipped with pins for better ground traction. The cutting height can be adjusted in 4 positions: 2 quick and 2 by turning the wire plate.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder paint. Washing and preparation baths follow first, then a first protective coat is applied, which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of varnish and further baking in the oven at 190 °C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss. All machines are carefully assembled and tested by qualified personnel. The last test is done with the engine running!

Grillo products are distributed and supported by a nationwide network of specialised Grillo retailers. Spare parts are still available years later.
