Description
Princess tillers are reliable, safe and well balanced.
The Grillo Princess MP3 PRO combines the advantages and manoeuvrability of belt-driven motor hoes with the efficiency and robustness of the hexagonal shaft cutter of the most professional motor hoes.
The Princess MP3 PRO has two forward and one reverse gear.
The cutter is 97 cm wide and 33 cm in diameter and consists of 6 cutter bars and side plates.
The Grillo Princess MP3 PRO is equipped with an active control; pressing the forward lever on the handlebars starts the rotation of the hoes. When the lever is released, the hoes stop immediately and the motor continues to run. Maximum practicality and safety.

The two-speed gearbox and reverse gear are mechanical, the gears are in an oil bath and the gear lever is always within easy reach.

First gear is for loosening hard crusts and second gear for finely crumbling the soil.
The Grillo Princess MP3 PRO is equipped with either the Honda GX 200 petrol engine or the new Loncin G200FA petrol engine; latest generation engines with the best features for agricultural use, including excellent torque even at low revs. Robust, reliable and quiet, they are equipped with an oil bath filter to work even in very dusty areas.

The hardened steel blades are secured with screws. The tine shaft is hexagonal with an internal keyway of 27 mm.
The cutter drive housing is bolted on to allow maintenance to be carried out.

The 8-position height adjustable spur is oscillating.
Pointed beam adjustment determines the working depth.
When the spur is set low, the tines sink deeper into the ground.
With the spur set high, the centre of gravity is shifted forward and the machine therefore moves forward faster.
The use of side discs and high spurs increases hovering and forward progress.

The furrow opener replaces the spur and allows you to make the perfect furrow at the desired depth for seeding or irrigation.

Side discs should not be used when cultivating hard soil that has never been tilled.
In softer soils, side discs are very useful: they help maintain direction, progress and protect neighbouring crops from cultivation.

The handlebars can be adjusted in height and sideways, with comfortable levers, without the need to unscrew bolts or knobs. This makes it easy to work between plants, avoiding branches or obstacles without stopping.

The standard front wheel is the best transmission system. It is equipped with a practical spring mechanism that automatically locks it in the working and transmission position.
Furthermore, Grillo Princess motor hoes are easy to transport by car thanks to the reversible handle and compact dimensions.

Cleaning and maintenance is super simple! Just check the engine oil level regularly and clean the filter. The gearbox does not require any maintenance. Princess, like all Grillo products, is designed and manufactured to last and retain its value for a long time. All parts, from the simplest to the most complex, are of the highest quality. Grillo installs the latest generation of engines! The frame, the handlebars, the cutting head, everything is manufactured by Grillo in Italy, using the best materials and the most modern technologies, for high, constant and 100% controlled quality.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder paint. Washing and preparation baths follow first, then a first protective coat is applied, which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of varnish and further baking in the oven at 190 °C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss.
All machines are carefully assembled and tested by qualified personnel. The last test is done with the engine running!
