The Grillo GF 3DF is a perfectly balanced motor lawnmower with an engine and power take-off shaft that provide the ideal ground clearance for professional mowing, even on slopes.
The position of the centre of gravity is designed to make the GF 3DF easy to handle and safe, even in the most difficult working conditions.
The locking differential and independent brakes on both wheels ensure full manoeuvrability.
All three gears can be used while mowing.

The standard cutterbar is the 117 cm PRO-MONOLAMA model with crank drive.
Suitable for mowing all types of grass, it can be used in rural areas, orchards or forage lawns.
The crank mechanism is made of the best steels and is equipped with grease buttons on all joints.
The oscillating grass cutter is equipped with vibration dampers and has a special profile to better deposit the grass in the most difficult conditions: the cut grass is picked up by the wheels and deposited on the ground for easier progress.
The steel blade is self-adjusting. The guide rail teeth have a special serrated profile for a perfect cut and are made of special heat-treated steel. The blade holders are adjustable, ensuring a constant grip between blade and teeth.
The PRO-MONOLAMA cutting spindle can be up to 137 cm long and is available with oil bath movement and adjustable cutting head.
The oil-bath crank mechanism reduces maintenance and makes the bar ideal for the most intensive and heavy-duty use.

The standard 127 cm central cutting beam, also available in 110 cm width, has a crank motion.

The 132 cm PRO-BILAMA central-type cutting beam with semi-fine teeth is equipped with two counter-moving cutting blades that balance the moving masses, minimise vibrations and guarantee a high level of operator comfort.
Designed for professional use on all types of grass surfaces, the perfect solution to prevent clogging. It can be used for hay mowing, mowing rural areas, but also in agriculture for perfect cleaning of fruit crops. The teeth of the guide rail are of the resin type to ensure maximum durability by minimizing wear on the cutting edge and are made of special heat-treated steel. The steel blade holders are self-adjusting, applying constant pressure to reset play, tension and wear, so no adjustment is required.

The GF 3DF's weight distribution provides increased stability when mowing on sloping terrain. To further increase stability on sloping terrain, Grillo offers wheel lugs for up to 24 cm of track, high grip tyres and laterally adjustable handlebars.

The GF 3DF mechanical gearbox with oil-bath gears is housed in a cast aluminium casing. Gearbox and TLT lever controls are always within easy reach.
The active taper clutch lever controls forward travel, and when the push lever is released, the mower stops but the engine continues to run. To further increase operator safety, the feed lever is equipped with dual controls to prevent accidental operation. The dual controls can be operated with one hand.

The differential gear increases manoeuvrability and, in combination with the brakes, makes the Grillo GF 3DF agile when manoeuvring on slopes. The two drum brakes mounted on the wheels are controlled by two levers on the handlebars and allow you to alternate braking one wheel at a time to improve steering. In addition, the levers are equipped with locking levers so that the service brakes can be converted into parking brakes that can hold the mower stationary on slopes.

The differential lock can be controlled by a T-handle on the handlebar and is essential to ensure that the GF 3DF can move forward in a straight line without obstruction.

The Grillo GF 3DF's 3-speed forward and 3-speed reverse transmission is designed to provide ideal mowing speeds (1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 km/h) with tractor wheels 4.00-8.
For regular mowing, the cutter bar can be freely tilted to adapt to the unevenness of the ground.
The handlebars are fitted with vibration damping components to dampen vibrations laterally.
The handlebar is laterally adjustable for ease of use on slopes and height-adjustable to suit all users. It is reversible and lowerable, which significantly reduces the overall dimensions of the machine.
All controls are conveniently located, including the steering adjustment levers.

The GF 3DF model is powered by G300FA - GX 270 petrol engines with 9.3 - 8.4 HP and KOHLER KD15 350 diesel engines with 7.5 HP.
The pull-start engines use modern solutions that guarantee easy starting, reliability, low emissions, reduced consumption, high performance and minimised vibrations. Grillo GF 3DF engines are suitable for professional use on slopes and are equipped with rear bumper.

Grillo offers a number of accessories to multiply the GF 3DF's usage possibilities, such as the 75 cm blade crusher with knife brake, the 68 cm - 85 cm blade crusher, and for winter use the 125 cm adjustable blade, the 70 cm two-stage snow blower and the 100 cm adjustable and tilting brush.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder paint. Washing and preparation baths follow first, then a first protective coat is applied, which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of varnish and further baking in the oven at 190 °C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss.
