Opticorn efficient dryer
Opticorn Opticorn is a powerful and efficient hair crusher

The Opticorn long stalk crusher blades are positioned in the middle of the rows and cover the full working width of the maize adapter. The powerful stalk crusher shreds the stalk to a length of 5-6 cm. The crusher can be switched off at a speed of 2450 rpm.

Thanks to the long shredding rollers:
- The plant is fed more slowly into the machine, resulting in a gentler breaking of the corn cobs.
- This results in a more even feed even in the higher harvesting speed range.

Opticorn safety features

Protection for every row

Each row is equipped with a separate sliding clutch to protect the drive and breaking unit.
The front support of the break rollers is not fitted with needle roller bearings, but with 2 deep groove sealed ball bearings, a completely maintenance-free solution.

Bones:
One pair of stump treadles comes standard, order up to two pairs to protect wider tyres.

Two pairs are supplied as standard:
Rubber collars reinforced on each row minimize eye loss.
All metal beaks:
Supplied as standard with steel reinforced aluminium beaks and casings that effectively absorb the energy that causes corncob bounce, however plastic casings are available on request.
Delivery of breakstops:
Electric chaff removal from the combine cab.
The electric combine harvester can be supplied with electric power.
