For sale at a very reasonable price, as a special offer, is a VTN FB200 jaw crusher bucket in mint condition, suitable for 15-24 ton excavators. It comes with a one year warranty!

The jaw crusher is recommended for crushing and shredding demolished materials. It is characterized by adjustable crushing size, mobility, easy separation of concrete and iron.

***The VTN FB200 jaw crusher type offered is a 2022 model, which has only been commissioned previously, it has not been used. The price is very reasonable at HUF 9,500,000 (+ VAT), which is several million HUF lower than the current cost price. In addition, this price includes the hoses and connectors on the device and the connection to a CW40 rapid recorder.

Why is it worth it to use a face-mounted backhoe bucket?

- Equally suitable for grinding and shredding light and heavy materials. It can crush brick, porotherm, concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, rock, mixed debris, etc. - but it doesn't like asphalt (especially in summer when it can melt).

- It is equipped with one fixed and one mobile jaw. By varying the position of the moving jaw, the crushing fraction can be adjusted between 15-100 mm.

- It crushes the concrete from the iron in such a way that the iron does not get stuck in anything, but drops out from underneath (a regular problem with conveyor belt crushers). It can easily cope with crushing e.g. electric poles, concrete fence posts, etc.

- For hydraulic operation, the existing "crusher head circuit" on the basic machine plus a drainage of the slurry oil is sufficient (the slurry oil generated in the crusher bucket motor is fed back to the hydraulic tank of the basic machine through a separate circuit).

- It is machine-mountable and therefore mobile and easy to move to assist in on-site recycling of demolition debris. It can be used directly on the work site, saving time and energy.

- It helps to comply with increasingly stringent legislation on the management of construction and demolition waste.

- The materials that can be recovered and recycled provide significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

- It is economical to operate for smaller crushing jobs, when it is not worth sending a large crusher to the site, but can also cope with the daily demands of the job. It is therefore well suited for quarries and demolition sites.

- It is made entirely of a special hardness material (Hardox 400) to withstand the most demanding conditions.
