Fliegl Tapir 2.0 slurry separator

- Reduce your costs and make slurry application and storage easier with the Fliegl Slurry Separator! It separates the dry matter from the wet matter from the material sucked up from its storage basin; you can use the dry matter separately and apply the slurry to your fields without blockages. The dry matter will not continue to accumulate in the storage basin, so it will not take up any more usable volume.
- In addition to the separator unit, Fliegl offers users a complete separator unit, including an eccentric pump with foreign matter separator and its 5.5 kW electric motor, a 5.5 kW separator electric motor, a separator with a 750 mm long and 300 mm diameter straight auger and a 0.75 mm sieve. Includes switch box with 152 mm diameter intake manifold, 102 mm diameter return manifold and 76 mm diameter overflow prevention manifold.
- Max. 40 m³/h capacity (depending on slurry and environment)
- Optionally available with 4 m conveyor belt including 1,1 kW electric motor
- Separator unit available as an optional extra to adapt the system to your specific requirements
- If required, a TLT-driven slurry mixer can be ordered together with the complete separator.
