Description
The distillation plant consists of the following mobile (can be transferred to another plant) components for sale:

1) Steam generator system

German Certus Junior 250/500 gas oil fired steam generator boiler (purchased second hand, 2001, tested, maintained, in working order, operating hours: 13 403)

The advantage of the diesel plant is that no expensive gas supply system has to be built, no permits are required, it can be installed without a special permit.

Steam capacity: 500 kg/hour. The current boiler with a capacity of approx. 1800 l operates at half steam (250 kg/hour), so it can serve one more boiler of similar size at the same time (not used at full steam load, so the full steam plant is not tested).

2) Essential oil distillation equipment

Essential oil distillation plant with a capacity of about 1800 l (cauldron, cooling equipment and accessories), custom-made: 2020. Bató-Fém Ltd. (About 800-1000 plants of Levendula angustifolia can be compressed into a cauldron)

Main components:
- 1800 l stainless steel still (with steel and silver fittings) 1 piece
- 1000 l plastic water tank with 2 stainless steel pipe coils 1 pc.
- 100 litres plastic hydrolat + essential oil collection tank, suitable for separating approx. 80-90% of the essential oil, after which the remaining separation is done separately 1 pc

Cycle time for lavender: 45-60 minutes

3.) Bucket crane (GP 2t/4-3,5 m bucking platform - GD Gép és Daru Kft.) Certified mobile treadmill with steel structure, sliding on rollers. 2 t load capacity, 3 m lifting height, 4 m track length.

It is used for lifting the lid of the essential oil evaporating pan and the grid frame holding the filling. Mobile design (wheeled, brakable), equipped with a trolley and a manual chain hoist.

At the end of the distillation process, the holder is lifted out with the aid of the bucket, the plant parts inside are removed and a new batch of flowers is placed inside for the next distillation process.

Note: The lifting height of the bucket ensures that the distillation vessel is placed in a shaft approximately 2 m deep in relation to the floor level!

Can be converted to electric motorised lifting (validated for manual chain lifting).
