Description
The Italian FRIULI axial fan sprayers have the highest ENAMA/ENTAM certifications. The sprayer is equipped with a 2000 litre glass fibre spray tank with two inlet openings (tank lid) with inlet filter. The machine is equipped with a built-in hand-washing water tank and a built-in process water tank (allowing complete flushing of the pump, controls and nozzles). Level indicators are located on the front and side of the sprayer.

Fan: 800 mm diameter, 2-speed + idle axial fan, with ten plastic impellers, fan housing, delivery capacity 48,000 m³/hour. The connection between the pump and the fan gearbox is provided by a universal joint.

Number of nozzles: twin nozzles with 18 diaphragm sealed anti-drip twin nozzles mounted on stainless steel spray nozzles, with ceramic calibration blade, stainless steel swirl body and stainless steel nozzle filter. The nozzle can be adjusted to 3 different angles in both positions.

Pump: COMET type high pressure (50 bar) diaphragm pump with air nozzle, nominal capacity 145 litres/min. The pump is driven by a cardan shaft with a speed of 540 rpm, a high angle/double-jointed cardan shaft is supplied with the machine. The working specific power of the machine is a function of the nozzle selected for the conditions of the plant, the set pressure and the speed of the traction power unit. The machine can be operated with a 12 V disconnect unit and a 12 V pressure regulator with a remote control mounted in the tractor cab.

Filter system: inlet filters, suction filter with shut-off valve, nozzle filters.

Chemical hoses: chemical resistant, high pressure hoses with hollander (hydraulic hose type) connections. The welded steel frame is fully hot-dip galvanised, the machine is connected to the tractor by a tracking drawbar, with support wheel.

Wheel size: 400/60-15.5. The sprayer has a minimum power requirement of 70 HP.
