Description
Busa Kontrol IN type super-heavy V-arrangement reel drill for sale.
The reel is equipped with 40 reels of 670 mm diameter (Bellota) with a pitch of 265 mm. Pulling force ~210 Le.
The disc wheels run on tapered roller bearings, fitted with reinforced axle and mud scrapers.
All pivot points of the machine are oversized and equipped with steel headstocks.
The wings can be fixed by pins, the angle of the rows can be adjusted by spindles and they are held in place by short, strong bolts.
As is usual on Busa BT. reels, the straightness of the reel can be adjusted by means of a levelling device, in this case hydraulically, on the fly.
All working rollers are equipped with a self-locking valve.
The machine is equipped with a tandem running gear for better ground following and less load.
The soil is locked by a spring-loaded roller, roller type optional.
The 5.2 m wide machine weighs 5.5 t, including closing rollers.
On request, it is also available with 710 mm plates and smaller pitches.
