VAH-4,8 shredding cylinder:

We manufacture our shredding rollers in working widths between 4.8 and 6.6 metres. The main function of the shredding roller is to shred the soil surface stalk residues into pieces. The main function of the chipper is to break down the stalk residue into its main function, which is to break down the chopped stalk residue in the soil more quickly. The 15 to 16 cm long stalk pieces can be easily worked into the soil with other precision tillage machines without the need for piling up. With 500 mm diameter rollers and a working speed of 18-25 km/h, you can crush stalks quickly and efficiently over large areas of soil. It can be used for shredding a wide range of crop residues such as sunflower, maize, green manure, cereal crops, fallow land maintenance. The shredder roller is a simple yet powerful alternative to the stem crusher and mulcher. Thanks to the high working speed, it offers high area coverage and efficient working. The cutting edges are made of Hadrox 450 with interchangeable design. The positive characteristics of the cylinder allow the machine to work perfectly even with a lower dead weight. It is very economical to run. In addition to chopping the crop residues, the rollers also perform a semi-value stubble removal.

The chassis is fully hydraulically operated, the wings and the running gear are operated by working cylinders. Transport width of the rollers: 245 cm. Material of the frames: 150x150x8, 150x100x8 S355 lock section. The shredding shaft is made of high-strength 50-grit round steel. Optional working width: 480-540-600-660 cm.
