Description
The calotte loader is equipped with a transverse conveyor belt and two platforms. During filling, the device automatically lowers the platform holding the calotte. The transversal conveyor moves over the box, which ensures a smooth and accurate filling. After filling one cassette, the device automatically switches the conveyor in the opposite direction and starts filling the other cassette, which ensures a high capacity.

The filling process is controlled by dustproof ultrasonic sensors. Optionally, the calender can be equipped with a weighing system to control the filling process.
