Description
Horizontal cylindrical rotary press tank, the "half-shell" of the tank is perforated, where the separation of the slats takes place. The pressing is carried out by a food-grade, extremely strong membrane, gently using compressed air. The compressed air is produced by the press's own compressor. The mash can be fed through the door and by means of a rotating press basket via a mash loading shaft.
