Features:
The press tank is sealed on the outside and fitted with removable perforated corrosion-resistant steel bar separation channels on the inside. The outlets of the barrier channels are led to the outer surface of the press tank.
The pressing is performed by a food grade membrane using compressed air. The pressing is extremely gentle, with a maximum pressing pressure of 2 bar. With the possibility of mash filling through the cylinder, which ensures separation of the juice during filling. The press control is PLC controlled with 6 built-in and 10 freely writable program positions, but manual control is also possible. Fitted with hermetically sealed, pneumatically operated door. (Touch screen operator interface optionally available!)
