Dear Laying Hen Keeper!

Lohmann Brown Classic laying hens, hatched and beaked in Austria, are available for order. They are available twice a year, in March and September at 17 weeks. The next delivery will be in March 2026, followed by September! I offer a banded discount and barter options.

I have an account. A deposit of 1000 Ft/piece is required when ordering. All required vaccines will be provided, full vaccination programme will be given, medical certificate, free of charge.

They are kept in a deep house, fed their own meal mix, no feed. Hand fed every day, so they are a friendly, well behaved herd, used to people. They have the deep brown eggshell, calm behaviour and minimal mortality typical of Europe's leading laying hen breed. They are capable of laying around 330 eggs in a year, with a peak production of up to 96%. They are suitable for both large-scale (caged, deep-well) and backyard scratching.

I will give you all the information you need, including a mixing recipe for feeding. Home delivery can be arranged at extra cost.
