300 kg of Pölöskei muskotály grape mash for sale, produced in the Mátra Wine Region, Gyöngyös.
Own grown grapes, destemmed in 120 litre barrels, containing 100 kg of grapes per barrel. 2 g Everzym GPC pectin destemming agent per 100 kg has been added. No added sugar. Stored at constant temperature. Mash treatment is traditional, with once-daily stirring.
