Features:
Evergreen shrub from central China. Very hardy, drought tolerant.
Grows up to 3 m tall, but is also popular as a hedge.
It has prickly, shiny leaves, flowers yellow in spring and bears bluish-black berries in autumn. The leaves turn yellow or reddish in autumn.
