Fruit characteristics:
The fruit is large. Slightly elongated shape, rounded shoulders, flattened on the ventral side. The fruit is small and prominent at the tip. The skin is thick, reddish-burgundy when ripe and a shade darker on the ventral side. Skin red, hard, coarsely fibrous, slightly adherent to the core. Sweet-sour, harmonious flavour. Seed large, smooth, oval. Stalk medium long. Can be harvested by machine, even in the dry state without chemicals.
Tree characteristics:
The tree is slightly more vigorous than medium, with a loose, spreading canopy crown. The branches are slightly bent under the weight of the crop.
