We are looking for an office assistant for our agricultural machinery dealership in Dunaföldvár!

We are looking for a reliable, precise colleague to help with office administration and administration.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time
Place of work: Dunaföldvár

Main tasks:

- Management and posting of online advertisements.
- Updating and maintaining the company's website
- Management of incoming emails
- Updating and updating the website and maintaining the website
- Issue of manual invoices and delivery notes
- Dealing with documents (transcription, extraction)
- Keeping of records (e.g. stock records, insurance, tracking withdrawals)
- Postal administration
- Reception of clients
