Description
Concrete antifreeze additive. For use in concrete, cementitious mortars and screeds at low temperatures or in winter.
Concrete antifreeze admixture allows concrete work to be carried out in low temperature environments, ensuring faster initial setting and increasing the development of the heat of hydration during the initial stages of the setting process.
The concrete antifreeze prevents water in the concrete from freezing, reducing the risk of cracking and damage. Its application reduces the freezing point of the mixing water and produces a higher curing temperature.
In winter concreting, it brings forward the frost resistance limit.
