Description
For sale 14 hectares of well-maintained, AKG-grown walnut plantation along the main road 61, consisting of 1500 Hungarian-bred varieties. Most of them are Milotai 10, followed by Alsószentiváni 117 and a few Tiszacsécsi 83. Their fruits are characterised by their large size, papery skin and great flavour. The walnut trees are 28 years old and are just beginning their most intensive production period. The trees are of extra quality: 36.5 Golden Crowns per hectare planted in the soil on the outskirts of Alsószentiván, near Dunaföldvár.

The entire farm can be taken over with the premises and the machinery needed to maintain the plantation, which is subject to agreement (tractor, trailer, mower, radial sprayer, fertiliser spreader, tiller, disc, branch crusher, pruning shears, etc.).
