Bridge scale with monolithic reinforced concrete structure, cast in situ, available with ramp (+40 cm) or shallow pit (-50 cm).
The bridge scale is designed to be extremely robust and durable, as the formwork is made of UNP300 beams.
It is a steel structure with a clean metallic surface, treated with a resin-based paint, with double-row reinforcement, which serves as a formwork for concreting.

Thanks to the reinforced concrete structure, it has a homogeneous load-bearing capacity, making it particularly practical for places where transverse driving through the scale may occur.

The weight is transmitted to the 8 load cells by self-adjusting clamps so that they can move in all directions. The movement of the truck scales is limited by flexible longitudinal and lateral limit stops; their return to the initial position is ensured by the self-restoring design of the weigh cells. The buffers, mounted on the bridge structure, provide a flexible impact between the weighbridge and the edge protection iron of the driveway or manhole, thus avoiding the harmful effects of pure metallic impact.

The cables of the weighing cells are connected in a junction box on the weighbridge, from where the signals are transmitted via a weighing cable to the weighing instrument, which gives a digital indication of the weight of the vehicle on the bridge.
The indoor display of the weighbridge has an RS-232/RS-485 communication port and an Ethernet port for TCP/IP connection.
The road bridge weighbridge is capable of printing weighing tickets via a PC and printer provided by the Customer using the Road Bridge Weighbridge Recording Software.

Our company will provide the foundation drawings for the preparation of the weighbridge or driveway weighbridge.

We can also provide turnkey construction with the construction of the necessary concrete substructures, roads, cable lines, drainage.

The installation of the scales can be carried out very simply and quickly (2 days). Due to the design, the scales can be operated with very low maintenance and can be easily and quickly relocated to another site.

Our products meet the requirements of the MSZ EN 45501 standard for class III accuracy and the MKEH specifications.

Our scales are type approved in all European Union countries.
