Low profile, flat deck, steel bridge scale, available in ramp (+34 cm) and shallow pit (-50 cm) versions.
Thanks to its short span lengths, it is extremely robust and can cope with any harsh environment.

The ANS-M type bridge scale is a measuring instrument with longitudinal and intermediate supports and extremely accurate and reliable load cells.

The gravity is transmitted to the 8 load cells by self-adjusting clamps in such a way that they can move in all directions. The movement of the truck scales is limited by flexible longitudinal and lateral stops, and the self-resetting design of the load cells ensures that they can be reset to their initial position. The buffers, mounted on the bridge structure, provide a flexible impact between the weighbridge and the edge protection iron of the driveway or manhole, thus avoiding the harmful effects of pure metallic impact.

The cables of the weighing cells are connected in a junction box on the weighbridge, from where the signals are transmitted via a weighing cable to the weighing instrument, which gives a digital indication of the weight of the vehicle on the bridge.
The scale's indoor display has an RS-232 / RS-485 communication port and an ethernet port for TCP/IP connection.
The road bridge weighbridge can print the weighing ticket via a PC and printer provided by the customer using the road bridge weighbridge registration software.
