Description
The Dumper 507 is a powerful and versatile tracked wheelbarrow suitable for transporting any material in a wide range of applications.
The fully mechanical traction allows maximum use of the engine power, while the steel crawler tracks and the available powerful engines guarantee a payload capacity of up to 500 kg of bodywork!
Thanks to the numerous accessories, the Dumper 507 is not only a transport vehicle, but also a multi-purpose machine!
The box with steel floor and sides has a large platform and is equipped with hooks for securing the load. The loading platform is expandable; the side and front sides can be moved and locked from the outside without the use of keys or other tools, increasing the load capacity. By moving the side walls, the loading platform retains the entire supporting surface.

The internal dimensions of the enclosed box are 100x70 cm, height 40 cm, and when the sides are moved to the outermost position, the dimensions increase to 118x122 cm.

The superstructure is equipped as standard with a manual forward tilting system, the tilting is accompanied by a gas spring, while reducing the effort required.

Hydraulic tilting kit is optional.

The Dumper 507 is compact with a low centre of gravity. These features ensure easy progress in complete safety, especially on sloping terrain.

The tractor track profile allows traction on all terrain conditions, from low loads to loose terrain and steep slopes.

With a load capacity of 500 kg and a maximum speed of 8.7 km/h, it allows you to make any transport quickly. 4 forward and 3 reverse speeds meet a wide range of possible application needs.

The Dumper 507's lever controls are intuitive and practical.
The steering system of the Dumper 507, designed by Grillo, allows for gradual modulation of the steering by means of the steering levers. The Dumper 507 can perform very tight turns with a single fixed crawler, and even very wide turns with a modulated radius are easily performed!
In the first phase of the movement of one of the two steering arms, traction is lost from the track, the movement continues, the track itself is gradually braked by the drum brake.
This is the secret of the extreme manoeuvrability of the Dumper 507!

The Dumper 507's tracks are supported by steel rollers mounted on bushings with grease nipples, and the track tension is regulated by springs, whose essential features are to ensure high reliability and durability.

Furthermore, the forward inclination of the track makes it easier to negotiate stairs and obstacles.

The 507 dump truck is safe! The Dumper 507 can be stopped at any time by releasing the forward lever. The automatic brake of the Dumper 507 is activated immediately, ensuring instant stopping even at maximum load and up to 48% slope!

Three engines are available: the Honda GX270 and the Rato R300D, both petrol, and the Kohler KD15-350 diesel engine. The main strength of all engines is their low revving torque.
The Dumper 507 engines are the latest generation, modern, low emission and with reduced fuel consumption.

The Rato R300D engine and the Kohler KD15 350 are also available with electric start.

The 507 dump truck is an ideal transport vehicle for use in a wide variety of sectors: countryside, construction, snow, agriculture, livestock, industry, freight and horticulture.

A wide range of options is available, from the dual option of a standard or 230 litre automatically opening "dumper" body. Thanks to the mechanical power take-off axle and front hydraulic lift, you can also use a shredder, brush, knife and snow blower. A convenient folding platform with vibration-damping pads helps the operator make quick moves.

Grillo machines are painted with two coats of electrostatic powder coating. Wash and preparation baths are applied first, followed by a first protective coat which, together with the kiln firing, forms the best basis for the finishing application. A second coat of paint and further baking in the oven at 190°C gives the characteristic hardness and gloss.

All machines are carefully assembled and tested by qualified personnel. The final test is done with a running motor and a ballast to simulate the load! Further and final guarantee of a high quality product.
