Description
Gross strip bagging scale for tuber crops. Ideal for bagging rubbery crops (potatoes, onions, etc.). With the gross weighing, it loads and measures the crop directly into the bag placed on it.

Scale application
The bagging scale automatically loads and weighs the product. When filling, the bag acts as the weighing container, so the scale measures the product in the bag after it has been filled and the weight of the bag has been measured. On the balance's weighing and control unit, the weight to be weighed (5-30 kg) and the feeding parameters can be freely programmed. After switching on the machine and programming the desired weight value, the operator's only task is to place the empty bag on the filling tube and start filling. The scale automatically loads the desired weight in two stages, after which the bag can be removed from the scale, a new empty bag can be placed and the process starts again. The bagging scale has bag counting and weight summing functions and ensures accurate measurements by operating the self-training program.

Operation, service
The bagging machine is semi-automatic, the crop is placed directly into the bag and the weighing is done here after the bag is placed. Once the machine is switched on, the operator is only responsible for placing the empty bags on the filling tube. The batches are weighed automatically.

Technical weighing service:
Once the weighing system has been commissioned, the following controls are possible using the weighing electronics software:
- measure the current bag weight
- control of the coarse and fine feeders

The weighing control electronics of the weighing instrument displays the following weighing technical indications:
- display of instantaneous bag weight, number of filled bags
- capacity display (t/h)
- limit handling (e.g. 150 bags)

The self-learning program of the weighing instrument compares the set and filled weights and, in case of discrepancy, corrects the value to ensure reliable and accurate measurement. The weighing electronics also displays error messages on the display (e.g.: no material coming). All text displays are in Hungarian.
